This piece is a movie review, not energy-upgrade news, so it has no bearing on home improvements or rebates. It won't affect your house or any upgrade plans.
The film in question, "Digger," is a climate change drama starring Tom Cruise as an oil tycoon whose Arctic drilling triggers a disaster. The review argues the movie, despite harsh criticism elsewhere, is worth watching for its ambition and the way it questions how stories about climate change get told.
Since this has no connection to home energy efficiency, rebates, heat pumps, weatherization, or any program a homeowner might use, there is nothing actionable here for your house.
