2027 Toyota C-HR EV pricing is here, starting at $37,080
Toyota has priced its 2027 C-HR electric SUV, an electric crossover, starting at $37,080 for the SE trim, plus a $1,595 destination fee. That's $80 more than last year's model and $2,100 more than Toyota's other electric SUV, the bZ. The XSE trim starts at $39,080. Both figures are before any federal or state incentives you might qualify for on an electric vehicle purchase.
The two trims differ mainly in wheels, range, and features. The SE comes with 18-inch wheels and an estimated range up to 287 miles, while the XSE has 20-inch wheels and a slightly shorter range of up to 273 miles, but adds extras like synthetic suede seating, driver-assist features for lane changes and traffic jams, and a 360-degree camera view. Both trims include standard all-wheel drive, heated front seats and steering wheel, wireless phone chargers, and a large 14-inch infotainment screen.
For charging, the C-HR uses the same plug type as Tesla's Supercharger network, so no adapter is needed to charge there. Toyota says the battery can go from 10% to 80% charge in about 30 minutes on a fast charger, and it includes battery preconditioning, which helps charging speed in cold weather. The 2027 C-HR is expected to arrive at dealerships in September. If you're weighing an EV purchase now, current model-year C-HRs and bZs may carry better deals before the new versions land.
